You must create an account to access the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
Interfere with the platform’s operation or security
Reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse our AI models
Submit unlawful, offensive, or confidential third-party data without authorization
Syntari offers:
Subscription-based access: Monthly or annual plans for standard platform use
Outcome-based pricing: Select services are billed based on successful delivery of defined business outcomes (e.g., implementation of a workflow, achievement of a defined KPI improvement)
All pricing models are governed by your Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or platform contract.
The platform may generate summaries, insights, and recommendations using AI. These outputs:

Do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice
Require human review and validation for high-stakes decisions
Syntari disclaims all liability arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

AI output inaccuracies or third-party integration failures
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syntari, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Services, your data, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
