Insights such as walkthrough completion rates, survey responses, and chatbot usage analytics.
Syntari collects identifiable data that may include:
Customer contact details (e.g., name, email, organization, and billing information);
Account credentials for Authorized Representatives;
End User data only when explicitly requested by the Customer and necessary for providing the Service.
Syntari does not intentionally collect sensitive data, including payment details, which are managed by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors.
Syntari uses the information collected to:
Provide, operate, and improve the Site and Service;

Analyze performance, optimize content, and deliver insights;
